Our lands are located close to the quarries of Ispica, among the famous dry stone walls of Sicily, kissed by the winds of the Mediterranean Sea and immersed in its typical scrub characterized by its thousand scents; these give us the possibility to produce organic extra virgin olive oils of extraordinary goodness and quality.
Our oils are not filtered and are cold extracted only from Sicilian olives by mechanical procedures.
This procedure allows you not to lose the aromas and the intensity of the taste.
